How do I identity the model of the device I purchased?

Please check the packaging box:

The model number of all iBaby products can be found on the packaging.

Please check the appearance of your device:

The device with two two spheres and a cap on the smaller onel is i6. The device with flexible tail and a cap is i2.

If none of the above matches your device, please check the body of your device:

The device model number is printed on the body of all iBaby products. Please try to find the model according to the following instructions:

1. Check the label on the bottom of the device base;
2. Check the position directly below the head of the device;
3. Check the position directly above the head of the device;
4. Check the bottom position of the device.

If you still cannot find the model number of your device, please contact iBaby Support.
