What do the different colors and states of the device indicators mean?

Please check whether the power supply is good, please use the original power supply and power cord, and check whether the interface is loose.

If your device has been successfully installed, please check if the indicator light is switched off due to your setting by Device Settings > Display Settings.

 

If this is your first installation and the device does not have QR scan tone, please press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds, the device will be reset. If the device has been successfully installed, it means the device is disconnected or functioning abnormally, please unplug and reconnect the power, or try to reboot the router.

 

It means the device is waiting to be installed.

 

It means the device has been successfully installed and connected to router and can be used right now. The indicator light is low in this status to prevent any damage to your baby's eyes. You can also turn it off on the App ( Device Settings > Display Settings.)

 

It means that the device is connected to the router, but has not been successfully installed. Please check if the router is able to access to the internet. And make sure that the firewall, MAC address filtering and other functions that may restrict the device from accessing the Internet. If everything is working properly with the router, please reset the device and reinstall it.

 

Please find the reset button, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset.
