Can the device reconnect after a power outage?

Yes, it can connect.

We also suggest that you upgrade the firmware to the latest version to enjoy a more stable reconnection mechanism. Go to "Menu" > "Device Settings" > "Camera Information", click on firmware upgrade, and you will be able to upgrade successfully. If you are prompted that the firmware is already the latest, no upgrade will be required.
