Why am I not receiving alert push notifications?
- Go to Menu > Alert Settings > Sound Alert, make sure the sound alarm is on.
- Go to System Settings, find iBabyCare, tap "Notifications", make sure "Allow notifications" is turned on.
- Go to Menu > Alert Settings, scroll to the bottom and make sure the push notification switch is on.
- If push notifications are turned on and you still don't receive push messages, please contact iBaby Customer Service.
