I purchased on the iBaby Labs Website
For product or products purchased (the “Product”) directly from iBaby’s website (www.ibabylabs.com), this return policy allows you to return the Product after obtaining an iBaby return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by iBaby. If the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging in accordance with this policy, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid, which refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. The RMA may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. The Product must be received by iBaby within 7 days after issuance of the RMA.
I purchased at a Store
Any products purchased from other distributors, retail stores, or online stores must be returned to the original purchased place within the remorse period. iBaby does not refund or replace products that were purchased by unauthorized sellers. We currently authorize the following channels as authorized resellers of iBaby Products: Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Costco, Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy Baby, Walmart, Home Depot, Macy’s & Nordstrom. Please contact iBaby for more information. NOTE: our products are only “sold by” the above channels. We do not accept any replacements or refunds when the product was purchased through third party sellers on channels such as Amazon, eBay, etc. On your receipt “Sold by” must be clearly any of the above channels. We strongly suggest that you do not buy iBaby products from any unauthorized sellers because those units might be defective and not under warranty.
