What is a firmware upgrade and how can I do it?

A firmware update is a software upgrade on your iBaby monitor that will improve the efficiency and capability of your iBaby monitor. 

How to upgrade the firmware on your iBaby monitor: 

*Firmware updates are usually automatic and OTA. If you monitor does not update automatically open the iBaby Care App and tap on

settings > Device Settings> Camera Information > tap on the upgrade firmware button.
